For 36 years, Michael served in federal law enforcement, leading people through high-stakes decisions, difficult conversations, and the everyday work of building trust. That experience still shapes his approach: practical, people-first, and grounded in what leaders can put to work right away.

Today, Michael works with organizations and leaders through keynote speaking, leadership training, DISC, coaching, and consulting. He helps people strengthen communication, develop emerging leaders, and create teams where accountability and respect can grow together.

His commitment to service extends beyond the room. As founder of A Few Good MENtors, Michael invests in guidance, opportunity, and the next generation of leaders.
